- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Chief Judge of the Tribunal de Première Instance d'Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and governs the procurement of all items listed herein for the exclusive use of the Judge and the associated courtroom facilities.
- All goods must be delivered to the Palais de Justice, Plateau, Abidjan, Ivory Coast, no later than 15 August 2025. The supplier, SIMJ, shall bear all transportation and insurance costs within the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
- The Judge's Bench, gavel, and official seal must be inspected and approved by the Chief Judge or his designated representative prior to final acceptance. Any item not meeting the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order shall be replaced at the supplier's expense within 14 calendar days.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Abidjan within 30 days of written acceptance of delivery by the Judge's administrative office. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Ivorian commercial law.
- The supplier warrants that all digital equipment (Item 05) and audio-visual systems (Item 06) carry a minimum 3-year manufacturer's warranty, with on-site service coverage in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- All personal data and case information processed through the digital case management system must comply with the Ivorian data protection law (Loi n° 2013-450 du 19 décembre 2013) and the regulations of the Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any disputes arising from this order shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are intended for the dignified administration of justice by the Judge of the Tribunal de Première Instance d'Abidjan and shall be treated with the utmost care during delivery and installation.
