The supplier shall deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Kyoto District Court premises located at 1-1-1 Nijomachi, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan, no later than 30 July 2025. Delivery must be scheduled in coordination with the court's administrative office to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing judicial proceedings. The Judge's bench desk and high-back chair require professional installation by the supplier's certified technicians. All items must be delivered in their original packaging with full documentation, including certificates of authenticity for the Judge's robe, gavel, and seal. The supplier is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs within the Kyoto metropolitan area. In the event of damage during transit, the supplier shall replace the affected items within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the court.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. A 30% advance payment (JPY 486,420) is due upon confirmation of this Purchase Order by the supplier. The remaining 70% balance (JPY 1,134,980) shall be paid within thirty (30) days following successful delivery, inspection, and written acceptance by the presiding Judge's administrative office. All payments are subject to the financial regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Justice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
All items procured under this Purchase Order must meet the quality standards established by the Japanese Ministry of Justice for judicial officers.
