- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges" and the applicable procurement regulations of the Almaty Regional Judicial Division.
- All equipment and systems specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered, installed, and made fully operational at the designated court facility in Almaty, Kazakhstan, no later than 30 July 2025.
- The Supplier warrants that all goods and software are new, of original manufacture, and free from defects. The digital case management system shall be fully compatible with the national e-justice infrastructure of Kazakhstan.
- Payment shall be made in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery and successful acceptance by the Judge's office.
- The Supplier shall provide a minimum three-year warranty on all hardware and a five-year software license as specified. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- All personal data and case information processed through the purchased systems shall be handled in strict compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection." Data servers shall be physically located within the borders of Kazakhstan.
- The Supplier shall assign a dedicated project manager based in Almaty to oversee installation, configuration, and post-delivery support for the Judge's office.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the applicable civil and commercial legislation.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until 15 September 2025, after which it shall be considered void unless renewed in writing.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the equipment purchased under this order is intended exclusively for the use of the presiding Judge and the judicial staff of the Almaty Regional Judicial Division and shall not be transferred, resold, or repurposed without written authorization from the Buyer.
