Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order (PO No. KWT-JUD-2025-00472) constitutes a binding agreement between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kuwait and Al-Nakheel Judicial Supplies Co. W.L.L. upon acceptance by both parties.
- All goods must be delivered to the Supreme Court premises at Al-Salem Street, Block 1, Kuwait, Kuwait City, no later than 15 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- The Judge for whom the robes, seals, and personalized items are intended shall be present or represented by an authorized court administrator at the time of delivery to inspect and sign the acceptance certificate.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and signed delivery confirmation. The Ministry of Justice reserves the right to withhold payment for any items found to be non-conforming.
- The vendor shall comply with all applicable Kuwaiti laws, including the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 48 of 2016), the Commercial Companies Law, and the Data Protection Law. All electronic equipment must be certified by the Kuwait Authority for Public Information (KAPI).
- Intellectual property: All custom engravings, embroidery, and personalized items produced under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Ministry of Justice. The vendor shall not reproduce, sell, or distribute any designs created specifically for the Judge without written consent.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Kuwaiti courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation.
- This Purchase Order may not be amended, modified, or supplemented except by a written addendum signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are expressly void.
- The vendor shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit and during installation. The Ministry of Justice shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring prior to the formal acceptance of delivery.
- All documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and warranty cards, must be submitted in both Arabic and English.
