All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered, installed, and made operational at the designated location in Mexico City no later than the required delivery date stated in Section 3. The supplier, Judicial Solutions de México, S.A. de C.V., warrants that all items are new, free from defects, and conform to the specifications outlined in the original bidding documents for Bidding No. LP-2025-0892.
Payment shall be processed in accordance with the Mexican Federal Procurement Law and its regulations. The supplier must issue a fiscal invoice (factura electrónica CFDI 4.0) compliant with the requirements of the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) of Mexico. All transactions are subject to the applicable withholding taxes as determined by Mexican federal and Mexico City local tax authorities.
The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all hardware and furniture items, and a three-year warranty on all software and technological systems. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the issuing authority. The supplier must maintain a dedicated service center in Mexico City to ensure rapid response times for any Judge equipment issues.
Confidentiality: All information related to this Purchase Order, including the identities of the Judges for whom equipment is designated, the specific case assignments, and the internal layout of the Mexico City judicial facilities, shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Mexican Law on Transparency and Access to Public Information (Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública) and applicable judicial secrecy provisions.
This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Director of Administrative Services of the Judicial Circuit of Mexico City, in coordination with the Office of the Presiding Judge of the Mexico City District. The procurement has been reviewed and approved by the Internal Audit Office and the Legal Advisory Department of the Poder Judicial de la Federación.
