1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Judge at the Court of First Instance in Casablanca, Morocco, and constitutes a binding commitment to purchase the goods and services enumerated herein from the named supplier.
2. All items shall be delivered to the judicial premises in Casablanca, Morocco, at the address specified above. The supplier bears full responsibility for transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until delivery is confirmed in writing by the Judge's administrative clerk.
3. The supplier guarantees that all equipment and materials conform to the standards set forth by the Moroccan Ministry of Justice and comply with all applicable national regulations in the Kingdom of Morocco. Any non-conforming item shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within ten (10) business days.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and written confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation by the Judge's office in Casablanca.
5. The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all hardware and equipment. Software licenses and service contracts shall be renewed as specified in the individual line items. The Judge's office reserves the right to conduct periodic quality inspections.
6. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Casablanca, Morocco.
7. The supplier acknowledges that the goods and services procured under this Purchase Order are intended for the exclusive use of the presiding Judge in the performance of judicial duties in Casablanca and shall not be transferred, resold, or repurposed without written authorization from the Ministry of Justice.
8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be valid or enforceable.
