Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued exclusively for the procurement of judicial supplies and equipment for the presiding Judge at the Yangon District Court, Myanmar Yangon. All items must conform to the standards set by the Myanmar Judicial Administration.
- The supplier shall deliver all goods to the Judge's Chambers at the Yangon District Court Complex, Myanmar Yangon, no later than 30 June 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order.
- All furniture and equipment must be custom-fitted to the dimensions of the Judge's chambers and courtroom as specified in the attached architectural plans. The supplier is responsible for all installation, calibration, and testing within Myanmar Yangon.
- The judicial robe, gavel, and official seal must bear the correct Myanmar judicial insignia and shall be inspected by the Office of the Chief Judge prior to final acceptance. Non-conforming items will be rejected at the supplier's expense.
- The Digital Case Management System must be fully integrated with the existing Myanmar Yangon court network infrastructure. The supplier shall provide a minimum of two (2) days of on-site training for the Judge's clerical staff.
- All goods carry a minimum warranty period of two (2) years from the date of installation. The supplier shall respond to any warranty claims within Myanmar Yangon within forty-eight (48) hours.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Myanmar Yangon commercial arbitration tribunal.
- The supplier acknowledges that all items procured under this Purchase Order are for official judicial use by the Judge and shall not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorization from the Myanmar Yangon Judicial Administration.
