1. Scope of Supply: The Supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order specifically configured for use by a Judge of the Rechtbank Amsterdam. All hardware and software must be fully operational and compliant with Dutch judicial standards upon delivery to the Amsterdam premises.
2. Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery shall be made to the Rechtbank Amsterdam at Herengracht 465, 1017 CA Amsterdam, Netherlands, no later than 30 July 2025. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing by the designated Judge or the Procurement Officer within five (5) business days of delivery. Any defects or non-conformities must be reported within this period.
3. Warranty: All hardware items carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. The Judge Decision Support System software carries a twelve-month defect liability period. The Supplier shall replace or repair any defective Judge system component at no additional cost to the Rechtbank Amsterdam.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Supplier acknowledges that the Judge system will process sensitive judicial data. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Rechtbank Amsterdam, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or acts of war, provided that the affected party notifies the other within forty-eight (48) hours.
9. Amendments: Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or modifications are not binding.
