- Delivery: All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Office of the Judge, District Court, New Zealand Wellington, 10 The Terrace, Wellington 6011, no later than 08 July 2025. Delivery must be arranged during standard business hours (08:30–16:30 NZST, Monday to Friday).
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods by the Judge's administrative office. Payment will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's nominated New Zealand bank account.
- Warranty: The Supplier warrants that all items delivered under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. The Judge's chambers reserve the right to reject non-conforming goods at the Supplier's expense.
- Compliance: All equipment must comply with the New Zealand Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) regulations, the Privacy Act 2020, and the specific security protocols mandated by the New Zealand Courts and Tribunals Authority for judicial offices in Wellington.
- Intellectual Property: The Supplier confirms that all software, databases, and digital content included in this Purchase Order are licensed for use exclusively within the Office of the Judge, New Zealand Wellington, and no third-party redistribution is permitted.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Jurisdiction shall lie with the District Court of New Zealand Wellington, and the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
