3. Purpose and Scope of This Purchase Order

5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 All goods must be delivered to the Federal High Court Complex, Nigeria Abuja, at the address stated in Section 1. The supplier bears full responsibility for safe transport, insurance, and installation within the Abuja, FCT premises.
5.2 The Judge's ceremonial items (gavel, robes, seal) must conform strictly to the dress code and protocol guidelines issued by the National Judicial Council of Nigeria. Any non-conforming item will be rejected at the supplier's expense.
5.3 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of successful delivery, inspection, and written acceptance by the Hon. Judge or the undersigned Chief Procurement Officer.
5.4 A warranty period of not less than twenty-four (24) months applies to all electronic and digital systems. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support in Nigeria Abuja within forty-eight (48) hours of any reported malfunction.
5.5 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the Federal High Court, Nigeria Abuja, or by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
5.6 The supplier shall comply with all applicable Nigerian data protection regulations (NDPR 2019) when handling any court-related data during the installation and training phases.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is issued in support of the operational readiness of the Hon. Judge's chambers ahead of the resumption of the 2025/2026 judicial sitting in Nigeria Abuja. All items are classified as essential judicial infrastructure. Unauthorized modification of specifications is strictly prohibited.
