4. Terms and Conditions
4.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Federal High Court (Establishment) Act, Cap F11, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
4.2. The supplier shall deliver all goods and services to the Office of the Honorable Judge at the Federal High Court premises in Nigeria Lagos no later than the delivery deadline stated herein. Late delivery shall attract a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 15%.
4.3. All equipment must be new, unused, and in full compliance with Nigerian Standards Organisation (SON) specifications. The Judge's office reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specified quality standards.
4.4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account upon successful delivery, inspection, and written acceptance by the Honorable Judge or the designated court administrator in Nigeria Lagos.
4.5. The supplier shall provide a minimum of two (2) years warranty on all technological equipment and furniture. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Office of the Judge.
4.6. All confidential judicial materials, data, and records handled during the installation and training phases shall be treated with the utmost secrecy in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
4.7. This Purchase Order may only be amended or cancelled in writing with the mutual consent of both parties and the approval of the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Nigeria Lagos.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is issued exclusively for the operational use of the Honorable Judge of the Federal High Court in Nigeria Lagos. All procured items are the property of the Federal Government of Nigeria and are to be used solely in the discharge of judicial duties. Unauthorized removal, sale, or transfer of any item is strictly prohibited under the Public Procurement Act, 2007.5. Authorization and Signatures
