All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Moscow District Court premises located at 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, Moscow, 123112, Russia. The delivery must be completed no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs within the territory of Russia. Delivery to the Moscow facility shall be made between 09:00 and 16:00 Moscow Standard Time (MSK, UTC+3) on a business day. The supplier must provide a written delivery confirmation signed by the receiving officer of the Moscow District Court. Any damage or discrepancy upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. A 50% advance payment (381,033.34 RUB) is due within 10 business days of the signing of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% balance (381,033.33 RUB) shall be paid within 15 business days following successful inspection, acceptance, and written confirmation of all delivered items by the authorized representative of the Moscow District Court. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable federal procurement legislation (Federal Law No. 44-FZ "On the Contract System in the Sphere of Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for State and Municipal Needs").
  2. All items must be new, unused, and in full compliance with the specifications stated in Section 4. The Judge's ceremonial robe must bear the official insignia of the Russian Federation as prescribed by the Supreme Court.
  3. The supplier warrants that all goods are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of no less than 24 months from the date of delivery in Moscow.
  4. The supplier shall provide a full warranty certificate, quality documentation, and compliance certificates for each item, particularly for the Judge's bench and gavel, which must meet the safety and durability standards of the Russian Federation.
  5. Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
  6. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation first, followed by arbitration before the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia.
  7. The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the Buyer.
  8. All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
  9. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives and remains valid until full performance of all obligations by both parties.
