- Compliance: All items supplied under this Purchase Order must conform to the specifications set forth by the Judicial Department of the Russian Federation and the internal dress and furnishing regulations of the Supreme Court of Saint Petersburg. The Judge's robe, in particular, must adhere to the color, material, and embroidery standards prescribed by Federal Judicial Act No. 7-FZ.
- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items to the Supreme Court of Saint Petersburg, 10 Liteyny Avenue, no later than 30 July 2025. Delivery shall be made during business hours (09:00–18:00, Moscow Time) and shall be coordinated with the court's security office at least five (5) business days in advance.
- Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery, a joint inspection committee comprising the Procurement Director, the assigned Judge's administrative assistant, and a representative of the supplier shall verify each item against the specifications in Section 2. Any non-conforming item must be replaced within ten (10) business days at the supplier's sole expense.
- Warranty: The supplier warrants all goods against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of acceptance. The Judge's gavel, bench, and library shelf carry a structural warranty of five (5) years.
- Payment: Payment of the full amount of 721,250.00 RUB shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days of the date of the final acceptance certificate, via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.05% per day as stipulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order pertains to the personal judicial workspace of a sitting Judge of the Supreme Court of Saint Petersburg. All information contained herein is classified as internal government procurement data and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from the Committee for Judicial Administration.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 44-FZ and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved by the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or acts of war, provided that the affected party notifies the other in writing within five (5) days of the occurrence.
