- All goods listed in this Purchase Order are specifically procured for the use of the Judge and the judicial staff of the Jeddah Court of First Instance, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The supplier acknowledges that these items are intended for official judicial functions and must meet the quality standards set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the designated Judge’s Chambers on the 4th Floor of the King Fahd Judicial Complex, Al Shati District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the items are physically received and inspected by the authorized receiving officer of the Jeddah Judicial District.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all hardware items and a 12-month warranty on all software licenses. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Jeddah Judicial District.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account within 45 calendar days of the Judge’s office issuing a formal acceptance certificate confirming that all items have been delivered, installed, and are functioning in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Saudi Commercial Law, the VAT Law, and the data protection regulations governing the storage and processing of judicial records in Jeddah.
- All software systems procured under this Purchase Order must be fully compatible with the Saudi National Judicial Platform and must support Arabic as the primary interface language, with English as a secondary language, to facilitate the Judge’s work in both local and international legal proceedings.
- The supplier shall assign a dedicated project manager based in or accessible to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to oversee the installation and configuration process. All on-site work shall be conducted during standard business hours (Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) in accordance with the workweek schedule in Saudi Arabia.
- Confidentiality: The supplier and all its personnel shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature of judicial proceedings, case files, and any information encountered during the installation and training process in the Judge’s office. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to any on-site work in Jeddah.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon the signature of both the authorized representative of the Jeddah Judicial District and the authorized representative of the supplier. No modifications shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
