All physical goods shall be delivered to the Judicial Complex at King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall coordinate delivery times with the Judge’s administrative office to minimize disruption to ongoing court proceedings. Installation and configuration of all technology systems (Items 02 through 05) shall be completed within 10 business days of physical delivery. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any damage in transit shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the regulations of the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Competition (SAGAC) regarding government procurement.
- The supplier warrants that all goods and services conform to the specifications outlined herein and comply with all applicable Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements.
- The Judge’s office reserves the right to inspect and reject any item that does not meet the specified quality standards within 14 days of delivery. Rejected items must be replaced at the supplier’s expense within 7 business days.
- All data and information processed through the purchased systems shall remain the exclusive property of the Riyadh Judicial Authority. The supplier shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to installation.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account in Saudi Arabia. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-RIY-JDG-2025-04872) and include the supplier’s Commercial Registration (CR) number and VAT registration number.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Judge’s office and the supplier’s authorized signatory.
- The supplier shall maintain a minimum 2-year warranty on all hardware items and a 5-year warranty on software licenses, as specified in the individual item descriptions.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through the Riyadh Commercial Court, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration and Dispute Resolution regulations.
- This Purchase Order does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the Office of the Judge, Riyadh General Court, and shall be conducted in Arabic or English.
