This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Government Procurement Guidelines of Singapore Singapore and the Judicial Administration Act. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to procure a comprehensive set of office equipment, furnishings, and judicial regalia specifically designated for the use of a Judge presiding at the District Court in Singapore Singapore. All items listed herein shall conform to the specifications approved by the Judicial Commission of Singapore Singapore and shall be delivered to the designated courtroom and chambers at the Supreme Court Building, Singapore Singapore, no later than the delivery date specified in Section 6.
The Judge for whom these items are procured will be presiding over civil and criminal matters at the District Court level. The equipment and furnishings must meet the standards of dignity, functionality, and durability expected of a judicial officer in Singapore Singapore. All materials shall be of premium quality, and all items bearing the judicial emblem must be produced in strict compliance with the Heraldry and Emblems Act of Singapore Singapore.

5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Contract (General Part) Act and the Government Procurement Regulations.
5.2 The supplier shall ensure that all items are delivered, installed, and made fully operational at the designated location in Singapore Singapore within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order.
5.3 All items bearing the judicial emblem or the name "Judge" in any official capacity must be produced under the supervision of the Ministry of Law, Singapore Singapore, and shall not be reproduced or distributed without written authorisation.
5.4 Payment shall be made within forty-five (45) days of successful delivery, installation, and acceptance inspection by the designated Judge or their authorised representative in Singapore Singapore.
5.5 A warranty period of five (5) years shall apply to all furniture and equipment items. The Judge's robe and gavel carry a two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects.
5.6 The supplier shall comply with all environmental and safety regulations applicable in Singapore Singapore, including the Environmental Protection and Management Act.
5.7 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Singapore Singapore.

Installation shall be supervised by the Judicial Procurement Division. The supplier's installation team must present valid identification and clearance certificates to access the premises in Singapore Singapore. All installation work must be completed during non-court hours (after 18:00 hours) to avoid disruption to judicial proceedings.
Note: This Purchase Order for the Judge's office equipment is authorised under the annual judicial procurement budget allocation for the financial year 2025/2026 of Singapore Singapore.
