- All goods must be delivered to the High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg Division, at 155 Church Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, South Africa, no later than 08 August 2025. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- The supplier warrants that all items, particularly the Judge's robe, gavel, and bench, shall be of the highest quality and in full compliance with the standards set by the Judicial Service Commission of South Africa for judicial officers serving in Johannesburg.
- Installation of the Judge's bench, audio system, and courtroom signage shall be completed by the supplier's certified technicians at no additional cost. All installation work must be performed during non-court hours to avoid disruption to proceedings in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- The Judge's robe must be tailored to the specific measurements of the appointed Judge. The supplier shall arrange a fitting appointment at the Johannesburg court premises at least ten (10) business days prior to the final delivery date.
- Payment shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, subject to the Court Administrator's written confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation.
- All goods are subject to a minimum twelve (12) month warranty from the date of acceptance. Any defects in materials or workmanship, particularly in the Judge's bench, gavel, or audio equipment, must be rectified by the supplier within fourteen (14) days of written notice.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg Division.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable South African labour laws, the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Act, and the Preferential Procurement Framework Policy in the execution of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or sub-contracted without the prior written consent of the Office of the Registrar, High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg.
