All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Judge's chambers located at the Seoul Central District Court, 123 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Delivery must be completed no later than July 1, 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling within the Seoul metropolitan area. Installation of the digital case management terminal and the courtroom audio-visual system must be performed during non-session hours (before 08:00 or after 18:00 KST) to avoid disruption to the Judge's daily judicial proceedings. The supplier must coordinate directly with the Court's Facilities Management Office in Seoul for access scheduling.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, specifically the Framework Act on the National Finance and the Government Procurement Act (조달사업에 관한 법률).
- All goods must comply with Korean Industrial Standards (KS) and, where applicable, the specific procurement specifications issued by the Seoul Metropolitan Judiciary for judicial equipment.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. The Judge's gavel, robe, and bench furniture must meet the ceremonial and functional standards prescribed by the Korean Judicial Administration Board.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice (세금계산서) and written acceptance by the purchasing authority.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic equipment and a five-year warranty on furniture and structural items. Warranty service must be available within Seoul during standard business hours.
- Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- In the event of non-delivery or defective goods, the supplier shall replace the affected items within seven (7) business days at no additional cost to the Court.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea (개인정보보호법).
- This Purchase Order becomes void if not accepted and signed by the supplier within fourteen (14) days of the date of issue.
