Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order

Delivery: All goods shall be delivered to the Palau de la Justícia de Barcelona, Carrer de la Princesa 16, 08003 Barcelona, Spain Barcelona, no later than 30 July 2025. Delivery must be scheduled in coordination with the Judge’s administrative staff to avoid disruption to ongoing court sessions.
Payment: Payment shall be made by direct bank transfer within 30 calendar days of the receipt of a valid invoice and written confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation by the Judge’s office. The supplier must provide an invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (ES-BCN-2025-04871).
Warranty: All equipment is covered by a minimum 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. The sound-recording system and digital workstations carry a 36-month warranty. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Court of Barcelona.
Compliance: All products must comply with applicable Spanish and European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for any device that processes personal data, and the Royal Decree on accessibility in public buildings. The Judge’s office in Spain Barcelona requires that all electronic systems meet the security standards set forth by the Ministry of Justice.
Installation and Training: The supplier is responsible for the complete installation, configuration, and commissioning of all electronic and audio-visual equipment. A minimum of four (4) hours of on-site training for the Judge’s court clerk and administrative personnel shall be provided at no extra charge.
Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order will be used in the administration of justice by the Judge in Spain Barcelona. The supplier and its personnel shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to installation and shall not access, copy, or retain any judicial data encountered during the installation process.
Penalties for Late Delivery: A penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay shall be applied, up to a maximum of 10% of the total value. Delays exceeding 15 calendar days entitle the Judge’s office to cancel this Purchase Order without liability.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona.
Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Judge’s office and the supplier.
