All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Khartoum Court of Appeal premises, located on Al-Murakba Street, Khartoum, Sudan, no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the city of Khartoum. The Judge’s bench, executive desk, and filing cabinets must be assembled and positioned by the supplier’s certified installation team. The Judge’s robes and ceremonial chain of office must be delivered in sealed, labeled packaging to the Judge’s private chambers for inspection by the Judicial Administration Officer.
5. Payment TermsPayment shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account. A 40% advance payment (SDG 546,500) shall be released upon signing of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (SDG 819,750) shall be disbursed within fourteen (14) business days following successful delivery, inspection, and written acceptance by the designated Judge’s administrative officer. Late delivery beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Sudan and the Sudanese Public Procurement Act of 2021.
- All goods must be new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum two-year warranty is required on all furniture and metal items.
- The supplier shall provide a Certificate of Authenticity for the ceremonial Judge’s chain of office and the Judge’s robes, confirming compliance with the Sudanese Judicial Dress Code.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Judicial Administration Arbitration Panel in Khartoum, Sudan.
- The supplier shall maintain confidentiality regarding the identity and security arrangements of the Judge for whom these supplies are procured.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without prior written consent from the Judicial Administration Directorate.
- All goods must comply with the environmental and safety standards enforced by the Khartoum Municipal Authority.
