Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

Delivery Location: All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Central Criminal Court, 1119 Ratchadamnoen Klang Road, Phra Nakhon, Thailand Bangkok 10200, and the Bangkok Provincial Court, 1119 Ratchadamnoen Klang Road, Thailand Bangkok 10200.
Delivery Timeline: The Supplier shall complete full delivery and installation of all Judge equipment within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order acceptance. Partial deliveries are not permitted without prior written consent from the Purchasing Authority.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon successful delivery and installation of all Judge equipment in Thailand Bangkok, and 20% upon final acceptance and completion of the training program. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account.
Warranty: All Judge equipment and systems shall carry a minimum warranty period of three (3) years from the date of final acceptance. The Supplier shall provide on-site repair service within Thailand Bangkok within forty-eight (48) hours of any reported defect.
Compliance: All items must comply with the standards set by the Supreme Court of Thailand, the Thai Ministry of Justice, and applicable regulations of the Thailand Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. All electronic systems must be compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand.
Confidentiality: The Supplier acknowledges that all Judge case files, court proceedings data, and judicial records accessed during installation and training are strictly confidential. Any breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under Thai law.
Acceptance: The Purchasing Authority shall conduct a formal inspection of all Judge equipment within ten (10) business days of delivery. Acceptance shall be documented in a written Acceptance Certificate signed by both parties.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Thailand Bangkok.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government orders, or events beyond reasonable control, provided that written notice is given within five (5) days of the occurrence.
Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
