Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Ankara Central Courthouse, Ulus district, Ankara, Turkey, no later than 15 August 2025. The supplier, Ankara Yargı Ekipmanları A.Ş., is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the items are received and signed for by the designated Judge's office manager.
- Quality Assurance: Every piece of Judge equipment must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The Ministry of Justice reserves the right to inspect and reject any item that does not conform to the approved standards for judicial facilities in Ankara, Turkey. Rejected items must be replaced within 14 calendar days at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Warranty: The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year comprehensive warranty on all furniture, electronics, and AV systems. The Judge's gavel, robes, and gavel sound blocks carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Judicial Procurement Department in Ankara.
- Payment: Payment of the full amount of 4,027,680.00 TRY shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 45 days of the date of the final invoice, provided that all items have been delivered, installed, and accepted in writing by the presiding Judge or their authorized representative at the Ankara courthouse.
- Compliance: The supplier certifies that all materials, particularly those used in the Judge's robes, furniture, and electronic devices, comply with Turkish environmental regulations (Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı) and the Republic of Turkey's public procurement law (4734 sayılı Kamu İhale Kanunu). All electronic equipment must be certified by the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE).
- Confidentiality: Given the sensitive nature of judicial operations in Ankara, Turkey, the supplier and all subcontractors are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. No information regarding the specific Judge chambers, security systems, or case-related equipment configurations may be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from the Ministry of Justice.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or national emergencies declared in Ankara or elsewhere in Turkey.
