All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Central Criminal Court, 4 The Strand, London WC2A 2LL, United Kingdom. Delivery must be completed no later than 29 August 2025 to allow for a minimum of two weeks of installation, testing, and commissioning prior to the Judge's first sitting on 8 September 2025. The supplier shall coordinate all deliveries with the court's security team and shall present valid HMCTS visitor passes and criminal record checks (DBS Enhanced) for all personnel entering the secure judicial area. Delivery hours are restricted to 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, excluding United Kingdom public holidays.

  1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, by BACS transfer to the supplier's nominated bank account. No payment shall be released until all items have been delivered, installed, and signed off by the HMCTS Facilities Manager and the assigned Judge's clerk.
