Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Judge's Chambers of the Houston District Court, United States, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the supplier. All goods and services shall be delivered to the designated address in Houston, Texas, United States, no later than the required delivery date stated above.
- The supplier acknowledges that all items purchased under this Purchase Order are intended for the exclusive use of the presiding Judge and the Judge's immediate legal staff. No item may be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorization from the Clerk of Court in Houston, United States.
- All electronic equipment must comply with the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and the Texas Judicial Branch security protocols. The supplier warrants that all software and hardware are free of defects and shall carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty.
- Payment shall be remitted via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Texas state procurement law.
- The supplier shall provide a Certificate of Origin and a Bill of Lading for all shipments. All deliveries must be made during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time) at the receiving dock of the Houston courthouse, United States.
- In the event of non-conforming goods or incomplete delivery, the Judge's office reserves the right to reject the shipment in whole or in part. The supplier shall replace or repair any defective items within ten (10) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the federal or state courts of jurisdiction in Houston, Texas, United States.
- The supplier agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all items, quantities, and pricing contained in this Purchase Order. Disclosure of procurement details to any third party without the written consent of the Judge's Chambers is strictly prohibited.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order, including installation and training in Houston, United States, must be completed by licensed and background-checked personnel in compliance with Texas state regulations for government facility access.
Acceptance and Authorization
