6. Terms and Conditions
6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, United States Miami.
6.2 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of all goods by the Office of the Judge. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor’s designated account.
6.3 All items must comply with the specifications set forth by the Judge and the Administrative Office of the Courts in United States Miami. Any deviation from the stated specifications must be approved in writing by the Judge’s clerk prior to delivery.
6.4 The vendor warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and conform to all applicable United States federal and Florida state standards. A minimum two-year warranty is required on all furniture and technology items.
6.5 Title and risk of loss pass to the purchasing party upon delivery and written acceptance at the Miami-Dade County Courthouse, United States Miami.
6.6 The vendor shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the United States Miami delivery location. The vendor is liable for any damage or loss occurring during delivery.
6.7 This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Office of the Judge, Miami-Dade County Circuit Court.
6.8 The vendor acknowledges that all items procured under this Purchase Order are for official judicial use in the United States Miami court system and shall be handled with the utmost confidentiality and respect for the judicial process.
