All items covered under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Tashkent City District Court, Chilonzor District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, no later than 31 July 2025. The Supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the city of Tashkent. Installation of the video conferencing system, audio system, and digital workstations shall be completed and certified by the Supplier's technical team within five (5) business days of physical delivery. The Judge's office shall be available for installation between 09:00 and 16:00 on weekdays. The Supplier must coordinate with the court's administrative staff in Tashkent to schedule all installation activities.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in the following installments via bank transfer to the Supplier's account at the National Bank of Uzbekistan, Tashkent branch:
- 30% advance payment (38,670,000 UZS) upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.
- 50% progress payment (64,450,000 UZS) upon confirmed delivery of all items to the Judge's courtroom in Tashkent.
- 20% final payment (25,780,000 UZS) upon successful installation, testing, and written acceptance by the Judge's administrative office within ten (10) business days of delivery.
All payments are subject to a 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per the tax regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Supplier shall issue a proper fiscal invoice (scheck) for each payment installment.
The Supplier guarantees that all goods delivered under this Purchase Order are new, of the highest quality, and free from defects in materials and workmanship. The Judge's bench, gavel, and courtroom furniture carry a minimum warranty of five (5) years. Electronic and technological equipment (video conferencing system, workstations, audio system) carries a minimum warranty of three (3) years, including on-site repair service in Tashkent. Any defective items must be replaced within seven (7) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer. The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive warranty certificate for each item, registered under the judicial procurement records of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Civil Code and the Law on State Procurement.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- The Supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the delivery or installation without prior written consent from the Buyer.
- All items must bear the official seal and certification of the Supplier and comply with Uzbek national standards (O'z DSt) where applicable.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the end beneficiary of all goods is the Judge of the Tashkent City District Court and that all items are for official judicial use only.
- Confidentiality: The Supplier shall treat all information regarding the Judge's courtroom layout, security systems, and case management infrastructure as strictly confidential.
