The supplier acknowledges that all goods and services procured under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for the administration of justice by the Judge in the performance of judicial duties in Caracas, Venezuela. Any deviation from the specifications stated herein must be approved in writing by the Hon. Judge or her designated administrative representative. The supplier warrants that all items are new, of the highest quality, and free from defects. In the event of non-compliance, the Office of the Judge reserves the right to reject the delivery and seek alternative procurement in accordance with Venezuelan public procurement law. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and any disputes shall be resolved before the competent administrative courts of Venezuela Caracas.
