4. Terms and Conditions
All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare, Zimbabwe, at the address specified herein. The supplier shall ensure that all items meet the quality standards prescribed by the Zimbabwean Judiciary Procurement Policy. The Judge's office reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival and to reject any items that do not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
Delivery shall be completed no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, as stipulated under the Zimbabwe Public Procurement Act. All goods shall be warranted for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery in Zimbabwe Harare.
The supplier acknowledges that all items procured under this Purchase Order are for the exclusive use of the Judge of the High Court in Zimbabwe Harare and shall not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorization from the Office of the Judge.
Notes: This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Zimbabwe Public Procurement Act [Chapter 22:24] and the Judicial Service Commission Procurement Guidelines. All transactions are subject to audit by the Auditor-General of Zimbabwe. The Judge's office in Harare shall coordinate with the supplier's logistics team to schedule delivery at a time that does not disrupt ongoing court proceedings.5. Authorization and Signatures
