This Purchase Order is issued by the Centre National de Recherche en Biologie Médicale, located in Algeria Algiers, to formally request and authorize the procurement of qualified Laboratory Technician services for a period of twelve (12) months. The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for, but not limited to: the preparation and analysis of clinical specimens including blood, urine, and tissue samples; the operation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation; the documentation and reporting of test results in accordance with Algerian medical regulations; the maintenance of quality assurance protocols; and the supervision of junior laboratory assistants within the facility in Algeria Algiers.

The total value of this Purchase Order for the Laboratory Technician engagement in Algeria Algiers is Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Five Algerian Dinars (2,993,445.00 DZD), inclusive of applicable value-added tax.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, including the Algerian Labor Code (Law No. 90-11 of April 21, 1990, as amended) and the Algerian Public Procurement Code (Law No. 23-12 of July 10, 2023). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
- Qualification Requirements: The Laboratory Technician assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Licence (Bachelor's degree) in Laboratory Sciences or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The candidate must possess a valid professional registration with the Algerian National Order of Laboratory Professionals and must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in clinical laboratory settings within Algeria Algiers or internationally.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Service Provider. Payment shall be executed via bank transfer to the account designated by MedTech Personnel Solutions SARL, domiciled in Algiers, Algeria. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Algerian commercial law.
- Performance and Compliance: The Laboratory Technician shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Algeria Algiers, including those issued by the Algerian Ministry of Health and the National Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (ANSESA). The technician shall adhere to the internal quality management system of the CNRBM facility and shall submit to periodic performance evaluations conducted by the Purchasing Entity.
- Confidentiality: The Laboratory Technician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, research findings, and proprietary information encountered during the performance of duties under this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the termination of the engagement for a period of five (5) years, in compliance with Algerian data protection regulations.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order by providing sixty (60) days' written notice to the other party. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with fifteen (15) days' notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the effective date of termination shall be settled in full.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government decrees, or civil unrest affecting the region of Algeria Algiers.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Purchase Order shall first be subject to amicable negotiation between the parties. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent commercial court of Algiers, Algeria.
The Laboratory Technician shall commence duties no later than 01 July 2025 at the CNRBM facility located in Hydra, Algeria Algiers. The Service Provider shall ensure that all onboarding procedures, including background verification, medical clearance, and orientation to the laboratory protocols, are completed prior to the commencement date. The Laboratory Technician shall work a standard schedule of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday, in accordance with Algerian labor regulations.
This Purchase Order for the engagement of a Laboratory Technician in Algeria Algiers is hereby authorized and approved by the undersigned representatives of both parties. By signing below, each party acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document.
