The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for conducting routine and specialized analytical procedures, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with Argentine national health and safety regulations (Ley 26.529 de Protección de los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad and Decreto 1431/2007), and supporting senior research scientists in all phases of experimental work. The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Tecnicatura Universitaria en Bioquímica or an equivalent credential recognized by the Universidad de Buenos Aires or another institution accredited by the Consejo de Rectores de las Universidades Argentinas (CRUA).

1. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, specifically the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina (Ley 26.994) and the applicable labor legislation of the Province of Buenos Aires and the City of Buenos Aires (CABA).
2. The Laboratory Technician shall be engaged under a contract of indefinite duration (contrato a plazo indeterminado) in compliance with Article 23 of the Argentine Labor Code (Ley 20.744), with a probationary period of three (3) months as permitted by law.
3. All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Buyer's premises located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, or at such other location within the Buenos Aires metropolitan area as mutually agreed in writing.
4. Payment shall be made via electronic transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the Seller's account at Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU 0110599990123456789012, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice (factura A) issued in accordance with AFIP regulations.
5. The Seller warrants that the Laboratory Technician placed under this Purchase Order shall possess all necessary qualifications, certifications, and professional licenses required to perform laboratory work in Argentina, Buenos Aires, and shall maintain such credentials throughout the duration of the engagement.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, plus applicable statutory severance (indemnización por despido) as calculated under Argentine labor law.
7. All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order and the employment of the Laboratory Technician shall be handled in strict compliance with Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales and its implementing regulations.
8. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent labor courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The parties waive any other jurisdiction.
9. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the procurement of the Laboratory Technician services described herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Laboratory Technician services in Argentina, Buenos Aires. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party, and shall have equal legal force and effect.
