The candidate must also possess a valid professional registration with the Colegio de Bioquímicos de la Provincia de Córdoba.

The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform duties within the clinical laboratory facilities located in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. The scope of work includes the following:
(a) Execution of all assigned laboratory analyses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures established by the purchasing entity.
(b) Maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and analytical equipment.
(c) Documentation of all test results in the institutional electronic health record system, ensuring full traceability and data integrity.
(d) Compliance with all biosafety protocols, waste disposal regulations, and environmental standards mandated by the Ministry of Environment of the Province of Córdoba.
(e) Participation in interdepartmental meetings, quality assurance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Laboratory Supervisor.
(f) Adherence to the labor regulations of the Argentine National Labor Contract Law (Ley de Contrato de Trabajo Nº 20.744) and the specific collective bargaining agreements applicable to laboratory professionals in Argentina.
The Laboratory Technician shall commence professional services no later than 15 July 2025 at the designated laboratory facility in Córdoba, Argentina. The supplier is required to deliver a complete dossier of the candidate's credentials, professional registration, medical fitness certificate, and signed employment contract to the purchasing entity no fewer than ten (10) business days prior to the commencement date. Failure to meet this delivery timeline shall entitle the purchasing entity to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
Payment for the services described in this Purchase Order shall be made on a monthly basis via electronic bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the account designated by the supplier. Invoices must be submitted by the fifth (5th) business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment shall be processed within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt. All amounts are denominated in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to applicable tax withholdings under Argentine fiscal law. The supplier must issue a valid Factura A or Factura B as appropriate for transactions within the Province of Córdoba, Argentina.

- The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering the Laboratory Technician for the entire duration of the contract, with a minimum coverage of ARS 10,000,000.00 per incident.
