This Purchase Order is issued by Melbourne Advanced Diagnostics & Research Pty Ltd to procure the professional services of a qualified Laboratory Technician to be engaged on a full-time, permanent basis at the company's primary facility located in Australia Melbourne. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing a comprehensive range of diagnostic, analytical, and quality-assurance tasks within the clinical and research laboratory environment. 4. Qualification and Competency Requirements

The Laboratory Technician procured under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum qualification of a Diploma of Laboratory Technology (HLT31815) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). The candidate must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting within Australia Melbourne or another Australian state. Valid registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body, a current National Police Check, and a valid Working with Children Check (if applicable) are mandatory prerequisites. The Laboratory Technician must also possess a current First Aid and CPR certification in accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.

5. Delivery, Commencement, and Performance Terms
