This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Diagnostics & Research Laboratories SpA, headquartered in Chile Santiago, to formally request the recruitment, placement, and ongoing provision of qualified Laboratory Technician personnel for our clinical and research operations. The Laboratory Technician role is critical to maintaining the quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of all diagnostic assays, histopathology preparations, microbiological cultures, and molecular biology procedures conducted at our facilities in Chile Santiago.
The selected Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Técnico en Análisis Clínico (TAC) degree issued by a recognized Chilean institution, possess at least three (3) years of documented experience in clinical or research laboratory environments, and demonstrate proficiency in ISO 15189:2022 laboratory accreditation standards. The Laboratory Technician will be assigned to the central laboratory located at Av. Providencia 1250, Providencia, Chile Santiago, and will report directly to the Laboratory Operations Manager.

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Chile and applicable labor regulations (Código del Trabajo, Ley 20.087). All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chile Santiago, Región Metropolitana.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via electronic transfer (transferencia electrónica) to the bank account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid factura (invoice) issued in accordance with Chilean tax regulations (SII). The initial recruitment fee (Line Item 1) is due upon successful placement of the Laboratory Technician. Monthly management fees (Line Item 2) are invoiced on the 1st of each month.
- Service Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Andes Diagnostics facility located in Chile Santiago, specifically at Av. Providencia 1250, Providencia. The Laboratory Technician shall work a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a one-hour lunch break, in compliance with Chilean labor law.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and shall comply with Chile's Ley 19.628 on data protection. All patient data, research findings, and proprietary methodologies accessed during the assignment in Chile Santiago are classified as confidential.
- Regulatory Compliance: The vendor guarantees that the Laboratory Technician placed under this Purchase Order meets all requirements established by the Instituto de Salud Pública (ISP) of Chile Santiago, the Superintendencia de Seguridad Social (SUSESO), and the applicable MINSA resolutions for clinical laboratory personnel.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall ensure an orderly transition of the Laboratory Technician's duties and provide all necessary documentation to the Chilean labor authorities.
- Warranty: The vendor warrants that the Laboratory Technician shall possess all qualifications, certifications, and competencies stated in this Purchase Order. Any misrepresentation shall entitle Andes Diagnostics to a full refund of the recruitment fee and immediate replacement at no cost.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures in Chile Santiago.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the provision of Laboratory Technician services in Chile Santiago. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
