2. Description of Procured Service
This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Medical Diagnostics Center to formally procure the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional services of a qualified Laboratory Technician to operate within the clinical and research laboratories located in Egypt Alexandria. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory instrumentation, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP) regulations, and supporting the senior laboratory staff in all daily operational activities conducted at the Egypt Alexandria facility.

3. Scope of Work and Qualifications
The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Higher Technical Institute diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education. The candidate must possess at least three (3) years of documented experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably within the Egypt Alexandria healthcare sector. The Laboratory Technician shall be proficient in operating automated hematology analyzers, clinical chemistry platforms, and microbiology culture systems. All work shall be performed at the Alexandria Medical Diagnostics Center premises in Egypt Alexandria during standard operating hours (08:00–16:00, Sunday through Thursday), with availability for on-call shifts as required by the laboratory schedule.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Civil Code and the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Laboratory Technician is fully registered with the relevant Egyptian professional bodies and holds a valid practice permit for laboratory work in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. All amounts are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- The Supplier warrants that the Laboratory Technician shall comply with all biosafety protocols, waste disposal regulations, and patient confidentiality standards enforced by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population for facilities operating in Egypt Alexandria.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within fifteen (15) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance covering the Laboratory Technician with a minimum coverage of EGP 500,000 for the duration of this engagement.
- All deliverables, reports, and laboratory records produced by the Laboratory Technician shall remain the exclusive property of Alexandria Medical Diagnostics Center.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Laboratory Technician services in Egypt Alexandria. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
