• Management of laboratory reagents, consumables, and hazardous materials in accordance with French occupational health and safety legislation (Code du Travail, Articles L4121 et seq.).
• Collaboration with senior research scientists and the project management team based in France Lyon to ensure timely delivery of analytical data.
• Training of junior laboratory staff and interns on standard operating procedures specific to the LBRI France Lyon facility.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lyon, France.
2. The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Biological Analysis or an equivalent qualification recognized by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
3. All services rendered by the Laboratory Technician shall be performed at the LBRI facility in France Lyon unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
4. The supplier, TechniLab Solutions SARL, warrants that the Laboratory Technician shall comply with all applicable French labor laws, including working hours regulations, leave entitlements, and occupational safety standards specific to laboratory environments in France Lyon.
5. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (FR-LY-2025-04782).
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Laboratory Technician shall complete all pending analyses and hand over all documentation and data to the LBRI France Lyon team.
7. All intellectual property, research data, and experimental results generated by the Laboratory Technician during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Lyonnaise Biomedical Research Institute.
8. The supplier shall maintain valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order, as required for laboratory operations in France Lyon.
9. This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The relationship between the Laboratory Technician and LBRI is strictly that of a professional service engagement under the terms herein.
