This Purchase Order is issued by MediLab Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., a registered diagnostic laboratory operating in India Mumbai, to Apex Healthcare Staffing Solutions LLP for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing provision of qualified Laboratory Technician personnel. The engagement is intended to support the daily operational requirements of our central laboratory facility located at Andheri East, India Mumbai, where approximately 12,000 to 15,000 diagnostic samples are processed on a weekly basis.
The Laboratory Technician positions covered under this Purchase Order shall involve the performance of routine and specialized laboratory tasks including but not limited to: sample collection and processing, operation of automated hematology and biochemistry analyzers, preparation of reagents and calibration solutions, maintenance of quality control records, sterilization of equipment, and adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) mandated by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, as applicable in India Mumbai.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by Apex Healthcare Staffing Solutions LLP within seven (7) calendar days of the date of issue. Failure to accept within the stipulated period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Placement Timeline: All Laboratory Technician candidates must be placed and reporting at the India Mumbai facility (Andheri East) no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier shall submit a detailed candidate profile, including educational certificates, experience letters, and medical fitness reports, for pre-approval by the Buyer's HR department.
- Qualification Requirements: Every Laboratory Technician placed under this Purchase Order must hold a recognized degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an institution approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) or the National Health Education and Research Institute (NHERI). Candidates must also possess a valid registration with the relevant state medical council or laboratory technologist registry in Maharashtra, India Mumbai.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. The first payment shall be due upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period for all placed Laboratory Technician personnel. Payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the Supplier's designated bank account in India Mumbai.
- Statutory Compliance: The Supplier shall ensure full compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, 1948; the Payment of Wages Act, 1936; the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952; the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948; and the Professional Tax Act applicable in the state of Maharashtra, India Mumbai. All statutory deductions shall be reflected in the monthly invoice.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: All Laboratory Technician personnel shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, regarding the handling of patient records and diagnostic data at the India Mumbai facility.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure an orderly transition of all Laboratory Technician staff and handover of all laboratory records, equipment logs, and quality documentation to the Buyer.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting the India Mumbai region.
