This Purchase Order is issued by the Jerusalem Advanced Diagnostics & Research Institute Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Laboratory Technician to be stationed and performing duties at the facility located in Israel Jerusalem. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for the full spectrum of clinical and research laboratory operations, including but not limited to the following:

The Laboratory Technician(s) engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications and must be fully compliant with all applicable regulations of the State of Israel, specifically those governing laboratory practice in the Jerusalem metropolitan area:
- A minimum of a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or an equivalent degree recognized by the Israel Ministry of Health.
- Valid Israeli Medical Laboratory Technician license (Rishui) issued by the Israeli Medical Laboratory Technicians Association.
- A minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in automated analyzers (Sysmex, Roche, Beckman Coulter), PCR platforms, and LIMS software.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English; working knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage for the Israel Jerusalem operational environment.
- Completion of BLS/ACLS certification and annual radiation safety training as mandated for laboratory personnel in Israel.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding the Laboratory Technician engagement in Israel Jerusalem shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
- Compliance: The Supplier warrants that the Laboratory Technician(s) provided shall comply with all Israeli labor laws, the Israeli Labor, Welfare and Development Ministry regulations, and the specific health and safety standards applicable to laboratory environments in Israel Jerusalem.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by strict confidentiality agreements in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable to cross-border research collaborations.
- Performance Standards: The Laboratory Technician shall maintain a minimum sample-processing accuracy rate of 99.5% and shall participate in all internal and external quality assurance programs as required by the Israel Jerusalem accreditation body.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of gross misconduct or failure to meet the Laboratory Technician qualification standards, termination may be effected immediately.
- Payment: Invoices shall be submitted monthly. Payment shall be made in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Late Payment Law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, civil unrest in the Israel Jerusalem region, pandemics, or government-mandated closures.
- Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for the Laboratory Technician in accordance with Israeli statutory requirements, with minimum coverage of ILS 5,000,000 per occurrence.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Laboratory Technician services in Israel Jerusalem. This document constitutes a binding procurement instrument effective upon the date of the last signature.
