The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform duties at the MedLab Solutions facility situated at Via dei Condotti 42, Italy Rome. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparation of chemical and biological samples; operation of spectrophotometers, centrifuges, PCR machines, and chromatography systems; documentation of all experimental results in accordance with ISO 17025 standards; maintenance of inventory records for reagents and consumables; and adherence to all waste disposal protocols mandated by Italian environmental law (D.Lgs. 152/2006). The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Laboratory Sciences or an equivalent degree recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, and must possess valid certification for handling hazardous materials within the Italy Rome metropolitan area.

  1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the supplier. The supplier must confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of the date of issue.
  2. Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with Italian labor law (Statuto dei Lavoratori, D.Lgs. 81/2008) and all applicable regulations governing laboratory operations in Italy Rome.
  3. Confidentiality: The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary research data, patient information, and trade secrets of MedLab Solutions S.r.l. for a period of three (3) years following termination of employment.
  4. Payment: Invoices shall be submitted monthly in accordance with the Net 30 payment terms specified in this Purchase Order.   8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Italy Rome.

The supplier shall ensure that the Laboratory Technician is fully onboarded, has completed all required background checks, and is ready to commence duties at the Italy Rome facility no later than 01 August 2025. The supplier is responsible for coordinating the initial orientation, providing access to all necessary laboratory systems, and confirming that the Laboratory Technician has been registered with the relevant Italian social security and tax authorities. All onboarding documentation must be submitted to the procurement department of MedLab Solutions S.r.l. prior to the start date.
