4.1 Delivery and Commencement: The Laboratory Technician shall report for duty at the designated Japan Osaka laboratory facility no later than July 1, 2025. All onboarding procedures, including facility orientation, biosafety protocol briefing, and access credential issuance, must be completed within the first five (5) business days of arrival in Japan Osaka.
4.2 Qualification Requirements: The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Japanese Laboratory Technician license (JSTL certification) and possess a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in clinical or research laboratory environments. The supplier, Kansai Scientific Staffing Solutions Inc., warrants that the assigned Laboratory Technician meets all regulatory requirements set forth by the Japan Osaka municipal health authority.
4.3 Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be remitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. The total amount of JPY 5,657,300 shall be paid via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
