The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses, including but not limited to hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis, in strict compliance with the standards set forth by the Kuwait Ministry of Health and the Kuwait Quality Assurance Agency for Health (KQAHH).

The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Kuwait Ministry of Education. Additionally, the candidate must possess a valid professional license issued by the Kuwait Health Affairs Authority and demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory environment. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and working proficiency in English is required, given the bilingual operational environment of the facility in Kuwait Kuwait City.

4.1 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Kuwait Labor Law (Law No. 6 of 2010) and all applicable regulations of the Kuwait Ministry of Health.

4.2 The Laboratory Technician shall report to the Chief of Laboratory Operations at the Al-Nahdi facility in Kuwait Kuwait City on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00 Kuwait Standard Time (GMT+3), with a one-hour lunch break. On-call shifts for emergency sample processing may be scheduled at the discretion of the facility management.

4.3 Payment terms for this Purchase Order shall be structured as follows: a 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this document, 50% disbursed in equal monthly installments corresponding to the Laboratory Technician's service period, and the remaining 20% payable upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement and final performance review.

4.4 The supplier, Gulf Medical Staffing Solutions LLC, warrants that the Laboratory Technician placed under this Purchase Order shall be free from any conflicting contractual obligations and shall be fully authorized to perform laboratory diagnostic procedures within the jurisdiction of Kuwait Kuwait City.

4.5 Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Kuwait, Kuwait City, in accordance with Kuwaiti civil and commercial procedure.

4.6 The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all patient data, proprietary laboratory methodologies, and internal operational procedures of the facility in Kuwait Kuwait City.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon the written acceptance and countersignature by both parties. The supplier is required to confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall be construed as a rejection of this Purchase Order, and the buyer reserves the right to reissue the procurement request to an alternative provider.
