This Purchase Order is issued by Atlas Diagnostics & Research Center for the engagement of a qualified Laboratory Technician to provide specialized diagnostic and analytical services at the facility located in Morocco Casablanca. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory analyses, including but not limited to clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics. The Laboratory Technician must hold a valid diploma in Laboratory Sciences or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education and must possess a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
The services described in this Purchase Order are to be rendered exclusively at the Atlas Diagnostics & Research Center premises in Morocco Casablanca, specifically at the Maârif District laboratory wing. The Laboratory Technician shall comply with all applicable Moroccan health and safety regulations, including those issued by the Ministry of Health and the Agence Nationale de Réglementation de la Publicité (ANRP) where relevant to laboratory operations.

- Commencement Date: The Laboratory Technician engagement under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 at the Morocco Casablanca facility. The initial contract period is twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices shall be submitted to the procurement department of Atlas Diagnostics & Research Center, Morocco Casablanca. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by MediTech Professional Services SARL.
- Compliance: The Laboratory Technician shall adhere to all Moroccan labor laws, including the Code du Travail (Law No. 65-99), and all applicable regulations governing laboratory practice in the Kingdom of Morocco. The Laboratory Technician must maintain a valid professional registration with the relevant Moroccan professional order.
- Confidentiality: The Laboratory Technician shall treat all patient data, research findings, and proprietary methodologies as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
- Quality Assurance: The Laboratory Technician shall participate in internal and external quality assurance programs as mandated by the Morocco Casablanca health authority and ISO 15189:2022 standards applicable to medical laboratories.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with fifteen (15) days notice. Upon termination, all laboratory records and materials in the possession of the Laboratory Technician shall be returned to the Morocco Casablanca facility.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco Casablanca.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Morocco Casablanca region.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Laboratory Technician at the Morocco Casablanca diagnostic and research facility. This document constitutes a binding procurement instrument and supersedes all prior negotiations, correspondence, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
