- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and shall be interpreted in accordance with Myanmar commercial and labor regulations applicable in Myanmar Yangon.
- The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification recognized by the Myanmar Ministry of Health and the Myanmar Medical Technologists Association.
- The Laboratory Technician shall report to the Myanmar Yangon Medical Diagnostics Center facility at 125, 27th Street, Kamayut Township, Yangon, Myanmar, and shall work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, in accordance with Myanmar labor law.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. The recruitment fee (Item 01) is due upon successful placement of the Laboratory Technician. Monthly salary payments (Item 02) shall be disbursed on the last working day of each month.
- The vendor, Yangon Professional Staffing Solutions Ltd., warrants that the Laboratory Technician shall have no outstanding legal, disciplinary, or professional conduct issues and shall provide a valid Myanmar work permit and health clearance certificate prior to commencement of duties.
- All laboratory operations performed by the Laboratory Technician in Myanmar Yangon must comply with the Myanmar Environmental Management Law, the Myanmar Occupational Safety and Health regulations, and the biohazard waste disposal protocols established by the Yangon City Development Committee.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between both parties. Any modification to the scope of the Laboratory Technician's duties, compensation, or contract duration must be documented in a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.
- In the event of non-performance or breach by the Laboratory Technician, the vendor shall replace the Laboratory Technician within fifteen (15) business days at no additional cost to Myanmar Yangon Medical Diagnostics Center Co., Ltd.
- All intellectual property, patient data, and laboratory records generated or accessed by the Laboratory Technician during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Myanmar Yangon Medical Diagnostics Center Co., Ltd. and are subject to Myanmar's data protection and patient confidentiality regulations.
- This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If the Laboratory Technician has not commenced duties by the expiration of this validity period, this Purchase Order shall be considered null and void unless renewed in writing.
