This Purchase Order is issued by the Federal Medical Centre, Nigeria Abuja, to formally engage the services of a qualified Laboratory Technician through MedTech Professional Services Ltd. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to procure professional laboratory technical services for the Central Laboratory unit located at the Nigeria Abuja campus. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic, analytical, and quality assurance tasks in accordance with the standards set by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the Nigerian Medical Laboratory Science Society (NMLSS).

The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Nigeria Abuja facility:

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Federal Medical Centre, Nigeria Abuja, and MedTech Professional Services Ltd. upon signature by both authorized parties.
The Laboratory Technician must hold a valid National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Medical Laboratory Science from a NMLSS-accredited institution and must possess a current practicing license issued by the Nigerian Medical Laboratory Science Society.
All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Nigeria Abuja campus unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Head of Procurement.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Nigerian commercial law.
The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to the code of conduct, confidentiality policies, and data protection regulations applicable to all healthcare workers in Nigeria Abuja, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
The supplier warrants that the Laboratory Technician assigned to this engagement is free from any conflict of interest and has no pending disciplinary proceedings with any professional body in Nigeria.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria Abuja shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Laboratory Technician at the Federal Medical Centre, Nigeria Abuja.
