2. Description of Procured ServiceThis Purchase Order is issued by Andina Diagnostics & Research Center S.A.C., located in Peru Lima, to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional staffing services for the position of Laboratory Technician. The selected Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing a comprehensive range of diagnostic, analytical, and quality-control tasks within the central laboratory facility situated in the San Isidro district of Peru Lima. The scope of duties includes but is not limited to: operating and calibrating analytical instruments, preparing and processing clinical and environmental samples, conducting microbiological cultures, performing histopathology slide preparation, maintaining laboratory inventory records, ensuring compliance with Peruvian health regulations (MINSA and DIGEMID), and assisting senior laboratory scientists with research protocols. The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a technical degree in Laboratory Sciences, Biotechnology, or a closely related field, and must possess at least three (3) years of documented professional experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and working proficiency in English is strongly preferred given the international research partnerships maintained by the facility in Peru Lima.

The Laboratory Technician shall commence active duty at the Andina Diagnostics facility in Peru Lima no later than July 1, 2025. The initial contract term is twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement. The Laboratory Technician is expected to report to the laboratory on-site every Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hours, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Any overtime beyond the standard forty-hour workweek must be pre-approved in writing by the Laboratory Director and compensated in accordance with the Peruvian Labor Code (Legislative Decree No. 728) as applicable in Peru Lima.
5. Payment Terms- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by TalentLab Professional Staffing S.R.L. within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt.
- The initial onboarding and PPE charges (Items 02 and 03) are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of this Purchase Order acceptance.
- Monthly payroll and administrative fees (Items 01 and 04) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month for the preceding month's service.
- All amounts are denominated in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and are subject to the applicable IGV rate in force in Peru Lima at the time of invoicing.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) for the jurisdiction of Peru Lima.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon countersignature and is governed by the commercial and labor laws of the Republic of Peru, with jurisdiction in the courts of Peru Lima.
- The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary research data, patient information, and operational procedures of the facility in Peru Lima.
- TalentLab S.R.L. warrants that the Laboratory Technician assigned under this Purchase Order meets all educational, professional, and regulatory qualifications required by Peruvian law for laboratory work.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Laboratory Technician shall be entitled to all statutory severance benefits under Peruvian labor legislation.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith mediation in Peru Lima before proceeding to formal litigation.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the other party.
