This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of a fully qualified Laboratory Technician to be deployed at the Al-Shifa Medical Diagnostics Center facility located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Performing hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and immunology tests on patient samples in strict adherence to the laboratory's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operating, calibrating, and performing preventive maintenance on all laboratory instrumentation, including automated analyzers, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers.
• Maintaining accurate and complete patient records in the laboratory information management system (LIMS) in compliance with Saudi data protection regulations.
• Ensuring all laboratory practices meet the accreditation standards set by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 15189).
• Participating in quality assurance programs, including internal and external proficiency testing, as required by the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• Managing laboratory inventory, reagents, and consumables, and placing timely replenishment orders to prevent operational disruptions.
• Providing technical support to senior pathologists and medical directors regarding sample handling, result interpretation, and method validation.

• Payment Terms: 40% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Laboratory Technician in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, and 20% upon completion of the first 6-month performance review.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Riyal (SAR). All payments are subject to the supplier providing a valid VAT invoice.
• Contract Duration: The Laboratory Technician engagement shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of commencement, renewable by mutual written agreement.
• Compliance: The supplier guarantees that the Laboratory Technician holds a valid BSc degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. All professional licenses and registrations shall be current and valid throughout the contract term.
• Work Location: All duties shall be performed at the Al-Shifa Medical Diagnostics Center, King Fahd Road, Al-Salam District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or at such other location within Saudi Arabia Jeddah as may be designated by the Buyer in writing.
• Working Hours: The Laboratory Technician shall work a standard schedule of 48 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the Saudi labor law and the Buyer's operational requirements.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall facilitate the orderly transition of the Laboratory Technician's responsibilities.
• Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Confidentiality: The supplier and the Laboratory Technician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, proprietary laboratory methods, and business information of the Buyer, in compliance with Saudi Arabian data protection laws.
