The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations, and supporting the senior laboratory staff in all daily operations.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. The Laboratory Technician must complete all onboarding procedures, including biometric registration, medical fitness examination, and SCFHS license verification, within fourteen (14) calendar days of arrival in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
3. The supplier shall guarantee the qualifications, experience, and professional competency of the Laboratory Technician. In the event that the Laboratory Technician fails to meet the agreed-upon performance standards within the first sixty (60) days, the supplier shall provide a replacement at no additional cost to the buyer.
4. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance.
5. The supplier is responsible for all visa processing, Iqama issuance, and government-related fees associated with the employment of the Laboratory Technician in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
6. Confidentiality: The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering all patient data, research findings, and proprietary laboratory methodologies of RADRC.
7. This Purchase Order shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commencement, subject to mutual renewal by both parties in writing.
8. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

The Laboratory Technician shall report for duty at the RADRC main laboratory facility located at King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, no later than 1 August 2025. The working schedule shall be Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with a one-hour lunch break, in accordance with the standard working hours prescribed by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of the Laboratory Technician services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution.
