The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum qualification of a Técnico Superior en Laboratorio Clínico o Biomédico (or equivalent recognized credential) and possess a valid professional registration with the Colegio Oficial de Técnicos de Laboratorio de Madrid. The candidate shall demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in clinical chemistry, haematology, microbiology, and immunology, with specific proficiency in automated analyser platforms (Roche Cobas, Sysmex, and Beckman Coulter) as utilized at our Spain Madrid site.

The Laboratory Technician assigned under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Spain Madrid laboratory premises:

• Collect, process, and analyse biological specimens (blood, urine, tissue, and cerebrospinal fluid) in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate, calibrate, and perform daily quality-control checks on all automated and semi-automated laboratory instrumentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic laboratory information system (LIS) records, ensuring full traceability and data integrity in compliance with Spanish data-protection legislation (LOPDGDD) and EU GDPR.
• Prepare reagents, calibrators, and reference materials; manage inventory of consumables and report shortages to the Laboratory Director.
• Assist senior pathologists and clinical biochemists with special studies, research projects, and external quality-assessment (EQA) schemes coordinated by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III.
• Ensure the laboratory environment in Spain Madrid meets all biosafety, environmental, and occupational-health requirements set forth by the Comunidad de Madrid's Agencia de Salud Pública.
• Participate in shift rotations (including early-morning and evening shifts) as required by the 24/7 clinical service model of the facility.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between BioMedica Iberica S.L. and Laboratorios Técnicos del Sur S.L. for the provision of Laboratory Technician services at the designated Spain Madrid location.
2. The vendor shall guarantee that the Laboratory Technician is fully insured, registered, and legally authorized to perform laboratory work in the autonomous community of Madrid, Spain, for the entire contract period.
3. Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the vendor's account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MAD-LAB-0047).
4. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the vendor shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date, plus a pro-rata share of the one-time onboarding fee.
5. The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to the internal policies, confidentiality agreements, and non-disclosure obligations of BioMedica Iberica S.L. All patient data handled in Spain Madrid is classified as sensitive personal data under applicable Spanish and EU law.
6. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with the Spanish Civil Procedure Act (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil).
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. All references to "Spain Madrid" in this document denote the city of Madrid and its metropolitan area within the autonomous community of Madrid.
