- Scope of Engagement: This Purchase Order authorizes Bangkok Scientific Staffing Solutions Ltd. to recruit, place, and manage a qualified Laboratory Technician for the duration specified herein. The Laboratory Technician shall report directly to the Chief Laboratory Officer at Siam Pacific Diagnostics in Thailand Bangkok and shall adhere to all internal laboratory safety and operational policies.
- Qualification Requirements: The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a closely related field from an institution recognized by the Thai Ministry of Higher Education. A valid Thai National Laboratory Technician License is mandatory prior to commencing duties. Minimum two (2) years of hands-on experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting in Thailand Bangkok or an equivalent international facility is required.
- Performance Standards: The Laboratory Technician shall maintain a sample processing accuracy rate of no less than 99.5%, complete all quality control checks as scheduled, and submit daily activity logs. Failure to meet these standards for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Purchasing Party.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall comply with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019) regarding all patient and research data handled within the Thailand Bangkok laboratory premises.
- Health and Safety Compliance: The Laboratory Technician must complete all biosafety training modules and pass the annual occupational health examination conducted by an authorized clinic in Thailand Bangkok. The Supplier shall ensure the Laboratory Technician maintains a valid health certificate throughout the contract period.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of gross misconduct, violation of Thai labour law, or failure to maintain the required Laboratory Technician license, immediate termination is permitted without notice.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the Thai Arbitration Act B.E. 2545 (2002). The courts of Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from natural disasters, government-mandated closures, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, as recognized under Thai commercial law.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Laboratory Technician professional services in Thailand Bangkok. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
