1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Federal Commercial Transactions Law and all applicable regulations enforced within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi emirate.
2. The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a recognized degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent qualification approved by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention.
3. All services shall be performed at the buyer's facility located in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island Business Bay, during standard operating hours of 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with UAE labor law.
4. The vendor shall ensure that the Laboratory Technician maintains all required professional licenses, medical fitness certificates, and Emirates ID validity throughout the contract period in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
5. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under UAE commercial law.
6. The vendor is responsible for all employment-related obligations including end-of-service benefits, social insurance contributions, and adherence to the UAE Labor Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) as applicable to the Laboratory Technician.
7. Confidentiality: The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement protecting all patient data, proprietary research, and operational information of the buyer in strict compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
8. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi facility shall be settled within 15 business days.
9. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi or through arbitration in accordance with the UAE Arbitration Law.
10. The vendor warrants that the Laboratory Technician shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards set forth by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health and the UAE Environmental Agency.
