3. Scope of Procurement – Laboratory Technician Services
This Purchase Order is issued by MediCore Diagnostics Center LLC to procure the services of a qualified Laboratory Technician to be deployed at our primary diagnostic facility located in United Arab Emirates Dubai. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory analyses, including but not limited to hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis. The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, be registered with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and possess a valid professional license to practice in the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction. The role requires a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory setting.

5. Delivery and Commencement
The Laboratory Technician shall report for duty no later than 01 August 2025 at the MediCore Diagnostics Center facility, Building 14, Al Barsha 1, United Arab Emirates Dubai. The vendor, Apex Medical Staffing Solutions FZ-LLC, is responsible for ensuring that all immigration, visa, and DHA licensing procedures for the Laboratory Technician are completed prior to the commencement date. Failure to meet the required-by date shall result in a penalty of AED 2,000 per calendar day of delay, deducted from the Purchase Order total.
6. Terms and Conditions
6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific labor regulations applicable in Dubai. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
6.2 The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all standards set forth by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) of the United Arab Emirates.
6.3 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the vendor. All payments are denominated in AED and subject to the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
6.4 The vendor warrants that the Laboratory Technician meets all educational, licensing, and competency requirements. MediCore Diagnostics Center LLC reserves the right to reject the Laboratory Technician if qualifications are found to be insufficient or if the DHA license is not in good standing.
6.5 This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. Acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined herein.
6.6 The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to a three-month probationary period. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice without penalty.
